Code conformity check on the property, total square footage allowed, site coverage, set back requirements.

2.0 Design

Planning & Programming; Determine the purpose and objective of the proposed construction. Schematic plans: First plans/sketches a space. Working Drawings: Contract Documents and working drawings

3.0 Construction

4.0 Completion
